The project adopts the POM Production Technology, using methanol as raw material to oxidize to form 55% formaldehyde solution under the catalytic action of iron-molybdenum catalyst, and then using 55% formaldehyde to concentrate into 74% formaldehyde solution by vacuum concentration process, the concentrated formaldehyde solution is The synthesis of trioxane solution is carried out under the action of sulfuric acid, and then the polymerization grade trioxane is obtained by benzene extraction and purification. Then, the polyformaldehyde is obtained by bulk polymerization of triammonaldehyde and dioxolane respectively as a polymerization monomer and a comonomer. Part of the polyoxymethylene is sold as a product, and part of it is used as a raw material to produce a modified polyoxymethylene. The production process includes a formaldehyde synthesis unit, a formaldehyde concentration unit, a trimeraldehyde synthesis unit, a TOX refining unit, a polymerization unit, a post-treatment unit, a dilute aldehyde recovery unit, and a rename unit.
